FIA Card Services is assigning accounts to Northstar Location Services. It is quite clear that however the "transfer" takes place, there is not enough information for Northstar to validate the debts they are attempting to collect.
Northstar advises that they must get the data from their client. Given that FIA Card Services is part of the Bank of America, and since the Bank of America is in the process of self-destructing, it seems unlikely that any proper validation will take place.
What I do not understand in the process of debt collection, is the tolerance level.I personally vouch for the fact that any debt collections agency is doing great job for their employer.But there has to be some morale which should be taking care of people who have failed to pay the amount on time.There should be lenient approach.
